1.Introduction
The "Study in Eagle City:Build a Bright Future Together" Short-Term Exchange Program is committed to deepening the friendship among China andother countries in the world,with a particular focus on the younger generation of college students.Through this program, we aim to establish enduring international connections and lay a solid foundation for future international exchanges and cooperative endeavors.
Henan University of Urban Constructionis located in the Central Plains of Henan. As a vital cradle of the Chinese nation and Chinese civilization, this storied land is home to Luoyang, the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, Kaifeng, known as the "Eternal City", Longmen Grottoes, the earliest Grottoes, the globally renowned Shaolin Temple, and the Yellow River, the "MotherRiverof China". The history of Henan represents the "culture of the Central Plains", which is like the birthmark of China. To truly grasp the essence of China, a visit to Henan is indispensable. In Henan, you can uncover half of the Chinese history. During the study period, the university offers vibrant architectural practice and cultural experience activities.This program arranges the joint attendance of classes by Chinese and foreign students, their collaborative engagement in the practical aspects of architecture and civil engineering courses together, and their collective experience of traditional Chinese ancient architectural culture, modern architecture, landscape gardeningand a variety of other elements.
The program's curriculum is divided into two main categories: language courses and cultural courses. The language courses consist of comprehensive classes and practice sessions, which facilitate students in mastering linguistic knowledge, enhancing language communication exercises, and improving their communicative abilities.
Cultural courses encompass cultural lectures and cultural experience activities, aiming to deepen students' understanding of Chinese culture and the Central Plains culture through various forms, and to allow them to personally experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture.

2.Implementing Rules
(1) Admission requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid passport, possess a high school diploma or higher, be in good health, and have no criminal record. Students interested in our short-term exchange program in China should be currently enrolled, have a strong academic record, and demonstrate language proficiency in Chinese, English or Russian. A passion for experiencing Chinese culture and a commitment to the program's objectives are essential.
(2)Time
April and September each year.
(3)Fees
A. $200 for 2 weeks of study.
B. $300 for 4 weeks of study.
Students have two options for the length of study.Students can choose to pay $200 or $300 depending on the length of time, which includes accommodation, classes and cultural activities at no extra charge.We will waive the registration fee of one teacher for every ten students enrolled. Both teachers and students will be responsible for their own transportation expenses and meals.
3.Management
All students who register for the study are required to the relevant academic and administrative regulations of the program. The organizer is responsible for the management and verification of students attendance. According to the course schedule, absences exceeding three instances will preclude the issuance of a completion certificate. Upon completion of all courses, students will be awarded a certificate of completion issued by Henan University of Urban Construction.
4.Registration

(1) Spring Study Program
The Program will be held in April each year. Please complete the application by February 28th.
(2) Fall Study Program
The Program will be held in September each year. Please complete the application by June 30th.
